The Gaoic world, Mu-Tze among it, has long been plagued by crises of authority, poor governance, and the greed of petty tyrants seeking to divide our once-united people. The legacy of colonialism took our beautiful world, Gishoto - the Realm of the High and Peaceful - and cast it asunder thanks to the decadence and brutality of the imperialist demons. But the Gaoic people are beginning to awaken once more, and our historical mission is finally being fulfilled.

UNITY! Yes, Gaoic Unity! The most beautiful word! The most glorious word! The word whose essence is like honey to my ears!

Mu-Tze will no longer be deceived by the tyranny of the autocrat, of the dictator. We can no longer be slaves to this fictitious Panmuan chauvinism, but we the Gaoic people united must now break the chains and prevail. Death, death to Tomorbaatar! Death to the so-called "People's Party"! Death to division and infighting! 

We thus CALL a general strike for all Gaoic workers throughout the nation and call on all Gaoic patriots to do their part in beginning the overthrow of the Tomorbaatar regime. Let all - Panmuans, Kunihito, Sekowans, Bianjie - combine forces to decisively defeat and overthrow the oppressive Tomorbaatar regime! If we have to break a million chains for the freedom of our compatriots, the compatriots of all fellow Gaoic nations, then we shall boldly and bravely face hell itself!

All Citizens of the Panmuan Nation must stay indoors, assist the state, and pledge support to the government right now. A State of Emergency has been declared over the illegal revival of the Batoseitei Shinbun and their subsequent illegal and terroristic actions of beginning a violent and deadly "General Strike". 

The military are permitted to lethally engage terrorists and will hold nothing back if they spot threats to national security. Already tens and hundreds lie eliminated in the Baatyrnsentii streets to show the resolve of the Panmuan Nation. Rest assured, Mu-Tze shall prevail against the red menace and the Gaoic pollution.

Nara Toshiro freed, declared President of the Gaoic Socialist Worker's Republic of Mu-Tze

Earlier today, following a rapid breach and sweep throughout the streets of the capital Baatyrnsentii, comrades of the Gaoic Socialist Worker's Party seized key buildings in the capital as the old despotic capitalist imperialist regime finally collapsed under its own weight and the endless revolutionary struggle of the Gaoic working masses.

The fortress of capitalist imperialism, Khar Gol Prison, was decisively scaled and party comrades were liberated. Among them was comrade Nara Toshiro, the sage founder and leader of the GPRP. Comrade Nara, worn but confident in the future, was brought out to the elated and jubilant crowds of the city, overwhelmed by his presence. To raucous cheers, comrade Nara went out after his long 13 years of torture and solitude, greeted everywhere by beaming crowds of admirers and revolutionaries confident in the future of the Gaoic nation.

Later, in the now-abandoned Hall of the Khural, the GPRP confirmed comrade Nara to be the new president of the nation. Climbing onto the building's largest balcony in full view of the millions gathering enthusiastically and with ecstasy in Garnet Square, President Nara proclaimed the foundation of the Gaoic Socialist Worker's Republic of Mu-Tze to deafening cheers and shouts of glory and joy.
 
Ts. Tomorbaatar, the pathetic dog, is dead. He was eliminated by the Gaoic People themselves, receiving a court and verdict of the working Gaoic masses.

Deputy President M. Khaligudar of the ancien regime formally surrendered all control of Mu-Tze to the new Gaoic Socialist Worker's Republic. There will now be an orderly transition of power as the Gaoic People's Revolutionary Party guides Mu-Tze to a new age of rebirth and liberation.

International Community condemn brutal end of Mu-Tze's Tomorbaatar

Grisly footage has surfaced of the end of Mu-Tze's Tsakhia Tomorbaatar. Ruling for 14 years as the unquestioned head of government and state of Mu-Tze, the once stable-looking house of cards Tomorbaatar had built came crashing down last October as protests broke out sporadically in October. Tomorbaatar managed to keep control of the situation throughout November by ordering security forces to preform grisly massacres, using sarin gas and other chemical weapons in addition to regular ammunition against his own people. However, the resentment this brew resulted in millions taking to the streets and growing violent in late December, culminating in Tomorbaatar's fatal attempt to flee the capital yesterday.

Footage coming out of Baatyrnsentii reveals that Tomorbaatar was quickly found in disguise, accompanied by a security detail. In the footage, he can be seen being dragged into the street, where he is then savagely and repeatedly bayoneted in the posterior by cheering revolutionaries. International observers are shocked and dissapointed that Tomorbaatar was not given a trial where he would be held accountable for his massacres and human rights violations. This brutal and humiliating end closes the chapter on one of Mu-Tze's most regrettable governments in history, and a Dovanian pariah state. 

 It was part of the international phenomenon analysts are calling the "Gaoic Spring", the rapid, sudden, and dramatic resurgence of Pan-Gaoic movements all across the Gaoic world calling for reform and the unity of the disparate Gaoic nation states. As of now, Midway, Utari Mosir, and now Mu-Tze are all ruled by governments swept into power by the Gaoic Spring. Each has expressed intense interest in closer communication, with all being ruled by parties advocating "Fukkyu", a relatively recent offshoot of Zensho Socialism that seeks a "Rebirth" of the Gaoic world through political unity and a common government. Observers will continue to monitor the rapidl shifting region with great interest.

GISHOTO IS ONE - NCT Creates United Gaoic Republic

Today marked the beginning of Gishoto's full revival. State representatives from the highest levels of Midway, Utari Mosir, and Mu-Tze officially signed the New Confederation Treaty or NCT, a document formally annexing all three into a new nation, the United Gaoic Republic. The United Gaoic Republic is a nation state for, of, and by the Gaoic people, representing a thorough revival of Gishoto, or the Gaoic Realm. All pretenses of Midway, Utari Mosir, or Mu-Tze being independent states shall cease now as the three come together to make one full Gishoto of the Gaoic people. The NCT was preceded by a merger of all leading political parties into the singular Gaoic People's Fukkyu Party, the vanguard of the Gaoic Proletariat.

 The new socialist state will be headed by a unitary government led by a President as Head of State and Head of Government. The First President of the UGR will be comrade Nara Toshiro. It will have a central capital at the city of Chukyo (formerly Baatyrnsentii).

"The Gaoic Revolution is a Socialist Revolution" - Nara Speaks on Gishotan Socialism

In his remarks at the inaugural plenary session of the Supreme Soviet of the United Gaoic Republic (最高會議), Comrade President Nara Toshiro made the socialist and revolutionary nature of the Gaoic Spring clear as he addressed the august assembly, composed of Workers and Peasants' Deputies from all areas of the nation, assembled in Chukyo.

As Terra watches us, we must make our aims, goals, and programme immediately clear: The Gaoic Revolution is fundamentally a Socialist Revolution. The Fukkyu Party is fundamentally a Vanguard Party of the Proletariat. Our sole and ultimate goal in achieving Gishotan independence and unity was to simultaneously gain the liberty of an oppressed people and to establish within it a framework of a proletarian dictatorship; both serve but as stepping stones to our ultimate goal, which is the realization of Communism all across Terra. This is but the first salvo in the Terran revolution that shall surely shake our planet and usher in a new age of Socialism and eventually Communism for all peoples and workers.

The Supreme Soviet is expected to ratify the nation's first Constitution by the end of session, which would formally replace the New Confederation Treaty's (NCT) temporary measures of union and formally integrate the entire national legal system into one contiguous and consistent body. Among other things, the Constitution's preamble clarifies that the United Gaoic Republic is a socialist proletarian dictatorship and that the ultimate goal of the state is to achieve a Terra-wide proletarian revolution and to realize a Communist Society in Gishoto and abroad.

Supreme Soviet's First Plenary Extraordinary Session Ends, First Constitution Ratified

The First Plenary Extraordinary Session of the Supreme Soviet of the United Gaoic Republic has concluded with the ratification of the Socialist Worker's Constitution of the UGR. The Socialist Worker's Constitution is a historic document that has completely bound all formerly disparate legal codes and regulations within the three different regions of the UGR, now seamlessly integrating them into a consolidated unitary administrative system uniform across the entire Republic. The principles and aims of the government and nation were clearly laid out in the preamble, which is reproduced below:

PREAMBLE TO THE SOCIALIST WORKER'S CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED GAOIC REPUBLIC

The Great Socialist Gaoic Revolution, made by the united working and farming masses of Gaoic and other Oppressed Peoples and Classes across Gishoto under the leadership of the glorious Fukkyu Party, destroyed nation-state suppression and re-established the correct and righteous realm of Gishoto revitalized under a new form of government, the Proletarian Government. The United Gaoic Republic was birthed in the great fires of Communist Revolution as a Proletarian Government, a government built of, for, by, and inseparable from the working masses. Capitalism and Imperialism, the dual chains that once bound the oppressed masses of workers and peasants, are being broken asunder rapidly by the revolutionary transformation ushered in by the people's Great Socialist Gaoic Revolution. The supreme goal of the Republic is to hasten this inevitable Terra-wide revolutionary victory and to boldly realize and construct a classless and free Communist Society.

The faction of Comrade General Secretary Qiao Jiang of Manapo were resoundingly defeated. The Qiao faction had initally proposed an alternative preamble that would focus more on the ethnically Gaoic elements of Gishotan national identity and remove all wording of proletarian revolution or the achievement of a Communist society. It would also limit citizenship to those of Gaoic ethnicities and impose blood-based Jus Sanguinis citizenship instead of universal land-based Jus Soli citizenship, the latter ultimately prevailing today. Instead, however, the Supreme Soviet firmly entrenched and reaffirmed the placement of Communist ideals alongside those of the Gaoic Spring, ensuring that the UGR will continue to be a firmly revolutionary and socialist state.

Nara Toshiro Passes Away, State Funeral Mourned by Millions in Chukyo

Millions lined the streets of Chukyo to pay tribute to the deceased Nara Toshiro, President of the United Gaoic Republic and leader of the revolution that toppled fascism and united the Gaoic peoples. He is succeeded by his wife, two daughters, and one son. The Supreme Soviet will now elect a new President of the United Gaoic Republic, a process which is expected to take no more than a week.

President Nara was widely celebrated among the constituent regions of the UGR as an inspirational and revolutionary guiding hand whose vision of a united Gishoto was a source of hope for the millions of people residing within the nation. The ultimate success of the project was made reality just a couple short years ago, and celebrated just as much as President Nara's tragic passing is now mourned.

Mu-Tze Formally Abandons "UGR" Moniker, "Gaoic Republic of Mu-Tze" Declared

It was nearly eight years ago that traitors to the revolution in Midway seceded from the UGR under the influence of radical extremists. The source of the controversy was the ideological direction of Gishoto following the death of President Nara, with the ultimate election of President Tatsuya Honda. President Tatsuya's election was the source of severe internal disagreements and controversy within the party, with the central Midway party office formerly breaking away and seizing control of all state assets and institutions in Midway illegitimately.

The central Chukyo government under President Honda continued to administer former Mu-Tze calling itself the United Gaoic Republic. However, following this year's election of President Kazuo Adachi, who promised a rightward ideological shift, he has sought to acknowledge the political reality that the union can no longer tangibly be salvaged. Speaking to the Supreme Soviet of the United Gaoic Republic, President Adachi officially announced that he plans now to dissolve the United Gaoic Republic and acknowledge the separate and complete sovereignty of all three constituent regions; Mu-Tze, Utari Mosir, and Midway.

The Gaoic Republic of Mu-Tze has since been proclaimed as the constituent and legitimate government of a sovereign Mu-Tze, with the legitimate Fukkyu Party of the Mu-Tze region remaining in charge of the revolutionary state apparatus.

Panmuan Heritage Act sparks outrage amongst Ostlanders

President Argat called for calm after protests erupted amongst the Ostlander minority in Mu-Tze over the new Panmuan Heritage Act. The law, implementing a wide range of social reforms, is largely seen as a way to favor the Gaoic ruling class of Mu-Tze and disadvantage the large variety of ethnic minorities in the country. The law increases income taxes for those that do not come from Gaoic descent, enforces the Panmuan language nationwide and bans the use of other languages and enforces strict restrictions the banking system, seeking to remove regional banks and only allow national, Panmuan banks to operate in the country. 

The PHA is already being called the "apartheid act" as it specifically targets non Gaoic minorities like the prevelant Ostlander and Vanukean communities. The Gaoic Republic of Mu-Tze has been struggling in recent years, facing economic hardship and a systemic issue with corruption. In order to improve the governments grip on power, the PHA was supposed to increase state revenue and control without alienating the ruling class of Gaoic citizens that has so far reported the republic. 

Following the passage of the PHA the Ostlander community in the north took to the streets, calling on a reversal of the policies. Combined with systemic corruption and worsening poverty, the Ostlanders had demanded for more autonomy in recent years but failed to have their voices heard. With the state now relatively weak and these restrictive measures taking shape, many within the community saw their chance for change. 

Other communities, like the Vanukeans in the south, have also started to resent the Mu-Tze regime. More protests arent ruled out, with President Argat warning that further action could lead to a harsh response by authorities, calling on the public to remain calm.
